Founder & Publisher, Amy Starr Allen
Amy Starr Allen is a single mom, and she is a fine example of the emerging class of mompreneurs; stay-at-home mothers achieving financial success while raising wonderful children. Amy is passionate about helping to make it possible for mothers to stay with their children and still be bread-winners. She created Moms Empowering Moms as a resource for mothers to support and empower each other to become leaders within their families, communities, businesses, and lives.
Amy is also an author, a business trainer and coach, and the owner of a successful home-based business. She is committed to helping people create financial freedom and time freedom (more time w/ family!) in their lives through the power of residual income.
Amy believes that moms are better role models when they’re pursuing something they’re passionate about and teaching their children that they can be their own boss. Her foundation is based on the idea that you can be a great mother and still make a difference in other people’s lives.
Growing up as a gymnast, Amy has been passionate about fitness since she was a young child, and finds her purpose in making a difference for people in regards to self-esteem, awareness, and well-being. She has always encompassed the entrepreneurial spirit and holds several professional certifications. She has worked in real estate, she is a certified personal trainer with a background in health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness, and she has a specialty certification in pre & post-natal fitness. Much of her work has been devoted to helping women during their childbearing years before, during, and after pregnancy to obtain and maintain optimal health and fitness. She is also a labor and postpartum doula and has worked to support women in their transitions to motherhood by providing emotional, physical, informational, and practical support. She is a member of the Colorado Doulas Association and the Holistic Moms Network.
Amy makes her home in Boulder, Colorado with her 2 daughters, Olivia and Ava. She embraces the opportunity to continue to support mothers to fulfill on their full potential, while taking the concept of business development for mom entrepreneurs to a level currently unprecedented.

Director, New York City- Ali Alvarez
Ali Alvarez lives in Westchester with her two children. She has been a yoga teacher in NYC for the past ten years and brings her passion for wellness into everything she does. She is a maverick with debt-free solutions, and a strong advocate for financial freedom.
“Sometimes we have to chart our own course and go against the grain of what everyone else is doing. As Robert Kiosaki says, we are not taught to understand the investing and financial world. We are trained to have jobs and create assets for the wealthy. True wealth cannot come by just having a job, we have to think creatively. We need to find our own inner entrepreneurs and nourish that part of ourselves.”
Ali loves working from home so she can be with her two small children, and helps others to chart a course to financial freedom.
“Studying Robert Kiosakyi really opened my eyes”, she says. “Once I understood what residual income creates for my life it was a huge financial awakening for me. I couldn’t go back. This new way of seeing the world was bigger, and wouldn’t fit into the tiny space that I occupied before.”
Ali loves to incorporate concepts of manifestation into her work with others. It’s easier to get sucked into the vortex of reality TV, and being spectators watching others create fabulous lives. It takes courage and awakening to create our own. And the amazing thing is, WE CAN DO IT! We have great power to BE and create anything we want for our life. It is our Gift from God. All we need do is ask.

Director, Northwest Indiana/Chicagoland Region- Janice Lozada
Janice Lozada was born in the early 60′s, the middle child of 12, in the country in Northwest Indiana. She went to University of Wisconsin-Madison on an athletic scholarship in spring board diving, and completed her studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Education, in the field of Physical Education and Recreation Programming. She is the mother of two beautiful children, Brandon (23) & Megan (22).
Competition is no stranger to Janice. She has competed and excelled throughout her whole life; from competing for food off the table with her 11 siblings while growing up, to consistently being named “most improved” in diving, achieving 2 time All-American awards in her collegiate competitions, and earning numerous awards in the corporate world.
Finally, after 30+ years trying to achieve success the “traditional” way, and having a very uncertain financial future, Janice was introduced to a very real opportunity that has transformed her life. What she discovered was a pathway to serve others while creating wealth from home, and that this life-long dream is attainable. She has become a part of a community of people that are truly caring people, trustworthy, and who are willing to provide support through training and professional development, while building residual income!
She finds herself now able to dream big dreams for the future- setting and reaching new goals every day. Her creativity from within is now being nutured and manifesting boundlessly.
